- Renewal
- Your plan renews automatically, monthly or yearly, until you cancel.
- Cancelling
- Cancel anytime online. Your site stays live through the period you've already paid for.
- Refunds
- If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, you get that payment back in full. After that, cancelling stops future renewals, and payments already made aren't refunded.
- Who owns what
- Your domain is always yours. If you cancel before you've paid for 12 months, the website design stays with Boykin Web Management, or you can keep it by paying the rest of your first year. After 12 paid months, it's yours to keep.

A short questionnaire right after you pay: your services, your area, what makes you different. About five minutes.

I send you a link to review the finished site before anything goes live, and make your changes.

It goes live, and I look after it
Hosting, upkeep and one batch of changes every month. Just email me what you'd like changed.

What people ask before signing up
Who will I be working with?
Me, Blake Boykin. I build every site myself, and I'm the one who answers when you call or email.
I already have a website. Can I still sign up?
Yes. I build you a new one and carry over anything worth keeping. Your current site stays up until the new one is ready to replace it.
Do I need my own web address?
Yes. A web address, like smithplumbing.com, is yours: you buy it, you keep paying for it wherever you bought it, and it stays yours no matter what. If you have one, I'll send simple instructions for connecting it. If you don't, I'll tell you what to buy. Most cost under $25 a year.
Is business email included?
No. Keep using whatever email you use today. The site's contact form sends to it.
What counts as a batch of edits?
Once a month, send me a list of changes: new photos, updated hours, a new service, a rewritten paragraph. I make them together. If something you ask for falls outside the plan, like an online store or a booking system, I'll tell you up front.
How long until my site is live?
Once I've read your answers, I'll give you a date. If I need anything from you, like photos or your logo, I'll ask.
How do I cancel?
Online, anytime, from the link in your receipt email or at the bottom of this page. No phone call, no form to fill in.
